Her Royal Highness Princess Hjh Masna, Ambassador-At-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, visited Kunming city, Yunnan Province on Wednesday for a one-day visit as guest of the People's Government of Yunnan Province and All-China Women's Federation.
The programme of HRH began with a visit to the Xiaoshao Nursery of Yingmao Flower Industry Company Limited. Upon arrival, HRH was greeted by Yang Panchuan, the President of Yingmao Flower Industry Co. Ltd.
HRH was briefed on the background and development of the company. The company produces cut flowers and plants for both domestic and international markets.
Later in the evening, HRH met Xu Rongkai, Governor of the Yunnan Province, which was followed by a dinner. During the meeting, both sides shared similar views about the excellent relations and historical ties between Brunei and People's Republic of China.
They saw the potential to promote cooperation between Brunei and Yunnan Province in the areas of tourism, agriculture and trade.
Accompanying HRH during the visit was YAM Pg Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pg Anak Hj Abdul Aziz. Also present was Hj Abdul Hamid bin Hj Abdul Jalil, Ambassador of Brunei to the People's Republic of China.
