The Department of Postal Services will be issuing first day postal covers in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan's 60th birthday on July 15, a press release stated yesterday.
All post offices, except the BSP post office, will be open on July 15, from 8am to 11am and 2pm to 4pm.
