His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a congratulatory message to President George W. Bush in conjunction with his Inauguration Ceremony as President of the United States.
In the message, His Majesty has expressed hope that the administration of President George W. Bush would achieve success and hoped to be able to continue the cooperation to further strengthen the good relations and friendship enjoyed by both countries.
