HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday afternoon consented to receive in audience Major General (Rtd) Dato’ Seri Jamil Khir bin Haji Baharom, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Malaysia who is on a working visit to the country.

Present during the audience were Hajah Haznah binti Md Hashim, Acting High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam; Dato’ Haji Othman bin Mustapha, Director General of the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia; Sohibus Samahah Dr Zulkifli bin Mohamad Al-Bakri, the Mufti of Federal Territory; Tan Sri Sheikh Ghazali bin Abdul Rahman, the Syariah Legal Advisor, Department of the Attorney General of Malaysia; Datuk Haji Zainal Abidin bin Jaafar, Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Territory’s Islamic Religious Council; and Dato’ Abibullah bin Hj Samsudin, the Manager of the Malaysian Islamic Economic Development Foundation.
