A TAHLIL ceremony for the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit was held yesterday to commemorate the 21st Civil Service Day. The Tahlil was held at the Royal Mausoleum in Jalan Tutong.

The ceremony was attended by Pehin Datu Singamanteri Colonel (Rtd) Dato Seri Setia (Dr) Awang Haji Mohammad Yasmin bin Haji Umar, Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), and Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abd Wahab bin Juned, Deputy Minister at the PMO, in their capacities as joint advisers of the 21st Civil Service Day Executive Committee.

Also present were other senior government officials.
