HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday consented to attend a Gala Dinner for the Heads of State and Government attending the 25th Asean Summit and Related Summits hosted by U Thein Sein, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Chairman of the 25th Asean Summit and Related Summits and his wife, Daw Khin Khin Win.

Before proceeding to the Gala Dinner, His Majesty consented to join the Heads of State and Government and their spouses for a group photo session.

The leaders will meet today for the 9th East Asia Summit; the 2nd Asean-United States of America Summit; the 17th Asean-China Summit; the 17th Asean Plus Three Summit; the Asean Leaders’ Meeting with Asean Business Advisory Council (ABAC); as well as the Closing and Handover Ceremony of the Asean Chairmanship. - Borneo Bulletin (13 November 2014)
