BY COMMAND of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Penggawa Laila Bentara Istiadat Diraja Dalam Istana Pengiran Haji Alauddin bin Pengiran Paduka Tuan Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar, The Grand Chamberlain, announced that His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam with great pleasure has named his grandson, who was safely given birth on Saturday, 25th of Ramadhan, 1434 corresponding to August 3, 2013, at 2.45am as:

Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muhammad Za’eem bin Pengiran Anak Haji Muhammad Ruzaini.
