HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday consented to receive in audience Dato Seri Laila Jasa Peter Robert Voser, the outgoing Chief Executive Officer and Mr Ben Van Beurden, the incoming Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Dutch Shell.

The audience took place at the Istana Nurul Iman.

Present during the audience were Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II, who is also the Chairman of the Brunei Shell Joint Venture Companies and Pehin Datu Singamanteri Col (Rtd) Dato Seri Setia (Dr) Awg Haji Mohammad Yasmin bin Haji Umar, Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister’s Office.
