DST recently held a Tahlil and recitation of Surah Yaasiin in remembrance of the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit at the Royal Mausoleum in Jalan Tutong.

Present at the event were Dato Paduka Awang Haji Bahrin bin Abdullah, Chairman of DST; Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abd Hamid, Awang Junaidi bin Hj Masri and Awang Abdul Latiff POKSS Dato Paduka Hj Md Yusuf, members of DST Board of Directors; Awang Hj Suhaimi Awang Hj Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of DST; DST management and staff.

The Tahlil began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah Yaasiin which was led by Ustaz Awang Fariszal bin Ali. - Borneo Bulletin (5 August 2013)
