HIS Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah, yesterday afternoon arrived in Pyongyang for a four-day official visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
Their Royal Highnesses were welcomed at the Pyongyang International Airport by Pak Kil Yon, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
Their Royal Highnesses yesterday evening attended a welcoming banquet hosted by Yang Hyong Sop, Vice-President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Also present at the banquet was Pak Ui Chun, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
In a welcoming speech, Pak Ui Chun expressed his appreciation for Their Royal Highnesses’ visit and highlighted the friendly relations shared by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and Brunei Darussalam.
