HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah yesterday arrived in the Netherlands to attend the Investiture Ceremony of His Majesty the King of the Netherlands.
Accompanying Their Royal Highnesses are His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Muntaqim and Her Royal Highness Princess Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah.
Upon arrival at the Schiphol Airport, Their Royal Highnesses were greeted by Lt Colonel BW Valk, Aide-De Camp Extraordinary to Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, according to a press release.
Also present at the airport to greet Their Royal Highnesses were Dato Paduka Serbini bin Haji Ali, Non-Resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brunei Darussalam to the Netherlands with spouse.
Accompanying Their Royal Highnesses was Dato Paduka Haji Ali bin Haji Apong, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office.
Their Royal Highnesses then proceeded to the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam where Their Royal Highnesses will be staying during the visit.
Upon arrival at the Okura Hotel, Their Royal Highnesses were welcomed by Marcel P Van Aeist, the President of the hotel, and Emmy Stoel, the hotel’s General Manager.
