THE President of the Republic of Singapore, Dr Tony Tan Keng Yam, and spouse, Mrs Mary Tan arrived yesterday for an official three-day State Visit.

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office as a personal representative of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah greeted the President and his spouse upon arrival at the Brunei International Airport, Berakas.

Also present were the Minister of Education, Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia (Dr) Haji Awang Abu Bakar bin Haji Apong and spouse, Datin Paduka Dyg Hajah Zahrah binti Haji Mohamad and senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. - Borneo Bulletin (29 May 2013)
