HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and YAM Pengiran Anak Mansurah Izzul Bolkiah yesterday arrived in Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan, where His Royal Highness will attend the 11th Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Ministerial Meeting.
