HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam last night held a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nguyen Tan Dung, at the Prime Minister’s Office Building shortly after the Working Dinner welcoming all Asean leaders to the 22nd Asean Summit, which kicked off yesterday.

According to a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office, during the meeting, His Majesty and Nguyen Tan Dung exchanged various views on bilateral relations between both countries, as well as regional and international issues.

Also present during the bilateral meeting were Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Ibrahim, Minister of Finance II at the Prime Minister’s Office; Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II; and, Pehin Datu Singamanteri Colonel (Rtd) Dato Seri Setia (Dr) Awang Haji Mohammad Yasmin bin Haji Umar, Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister’s Office. - Borneo Bulletin (25 April 2013)
