His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, yesterday received the outgoing High Commissioner of the United Kingdom of Britain and Northern Ireland, Rob Fenn, in a farewell audience at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan.
