HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a message of congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al-Said, Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, on the occasion of His Majesty’s 73rd birthday anniversary as well as the Government and people of the Sultanate of Oman on the occasion of Oman’s National Day.

In the message to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam greatly appreciated the brotherly relations shared by the two countries and peoples and looked forward to continuing work with His Majesty Sultan Qaboos to strengthen these close and much-valued ties of friendship and cooperation.

In ending the message, His Majesty prayed that Allah the Almighty bless His Majesty Sultan Qaboos with good health and happiness and the Sultanate of Oman with continued progress and prosperity.

Meanwhile, in a similar message by HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, to Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Sultanate of Oman, His Royal Highness sent his respects to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos on His Majesty’s 73rd birthday and warmest congratulations to the minister, the Government and people of Oman on their National Day.
