HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha yesterday left Tokyo, Japan, after a Working Visit.

Accompanying His Majesty and Her Majesty were His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik; His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel; and Her Royal Highness Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah.

Before leaving the Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo, a Doa Selamat was recited by Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr) Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.

Present at the Haneda International Airport, Tokyo, to bid farewell to His Majesty and Her Majesty was Mr Kenichi Suganuma, the Ambassador of Japan to Brunei Darussalam.

Also present at the airport were Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II, and Awang Haji Mahamud bin Haji Ahmad, Ambassador of Brunei Darus-salam to Japan and wife, as well as staff of the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Japan.

Also accompanying His Majesty and Her Majesty were Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Ibrahim, Minister of Finance II at the Prime Minister’s Office and Datin. - Borneo Bulletin (17 May 2013)
