HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday afternoon consented to receive in audience Professor Dr Her Royal Highness Chulabhorn Mahidol, the President of the Chulabhorn Research Institute, Thailand, who is in the country to deliver a lecture at Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

Present at the audience were Apichart Phetcharatana, Ambassador of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam, and Professor Dr Kyunming Mathuros Ruchirawat, Vice President of Research and Academic Affairs, Chulabhorn Research Institute.

Also present was Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia (Dr) Haji Awang Abu Bakar bin Haji Apong, Minister of Education who is the Chairman of the Council of Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
