His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei Darussalam sent a congratulatory message to Pham Binh Minh, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of the 67th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

His Royal Highness sent his warmest congratulations to him and to the government and people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on their National Day.

His Royal Highness greatly appreciated the warm and close ties of friendship and cooperation that have developed in the 20 years since both Brunei Darussalam and Vietnam first established diplomatic relations as well as the most valuable contribution of Vietnamese nationals working and living in Brunei Darussalam.
