His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday consented to receive in audience Peter Ng Joo Hee, the Commissioner of Police of Singapore, at the Istana Nurul Iman.

Also present during the audience were Brunei Commissioner of Police Pehin Orang Kaya Pendikar Alam Dato Paduka Seri Awg Hj Hasrin bin Dato Paduka Hj Sabtu; Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office Awg Hj Hamdan bin Hj Abu Bakar; and Director of Operations, Singapore Police Force AC Lim Kok Thai.

Mr Peter Ng Joo Hee is in the Sultanate on a four-day working visit for the XX BruSing Exercise 2012 between Royal Brunei Police Force and Singapore Police Force. The exercise will run until March 28.

Meanwhile, Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha consented to receive in a separate audience the wife of the Commissioner of Police of Singapore, Madam Joyce Bee Kim Ng. She was also accompanied by the wife of Brunei Commissioner of Police, Datin Hjh Kamariah binti Orang Kaya Indera Perkasa Hj Sahari. - Borneo Bulletin (28 March 2012)
