Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and YAM Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz, hosted a farewell luncheon for Joseph K H Koh, the outgoing High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam and Madam Peifen P H Chu; and Pham Binh Man, the outgoing Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Brunei Darussalam, yesterday, at a leading hotel in Jerudong.

Joseph KH Koh has been the High Commissioner of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam since March 2006 while Pham Binh Man has been Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Brunei Darussalam since August 2007.
