His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha on Thursday night consented to attend a Cultural Show and Gala Dinner hosted by Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the President of the Republic of India.

The President greeted Their Majesties on arrival at Rashtrapati Bhawan or the President's Palace.

Their Majesties were then introduced to Mohammad Hamid Ansari, the Vice President of the Republic of India and his spouse, and Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of the Republic of India and his spouse.

Their Majesties later proceeded to the Ashoka Hall for a Cultural Show with other Asean leaders, as well as the President, Vice President and Prime Minister of the Republic of India.

Shortly after the cultural show, Their Majesties proceeded to the stage with other Asean leaders and the President, Vice President and Prime Minister of the Republic of India and spouses for a group photo with the cultural troupe from India and Asean member countries.

Their Majesties later joined Asean and Indian leaders for a Gala Dinner hosted by the President of the Republic of India before leaving the palace. - Borneo Bulletin (22 December 2012)
