His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam left Phnom Penh, the capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia, yesterday evening after attending the 21st Asean Summit and its related meetings and receiving the Asean Chairmanship for 2013.

Before leaving, a doa selamat was read by Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr) Ustaz Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.

Present to bid His Majesty farewell at the Ngurah Rai International Airport were Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information; Prak Nbuon Hong, Director of Protocol; and other senior officials from the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Also present at the airport were Shaikh Haji Fadillah bin Shaikh Haji Ahmad, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Kingdom of Cambodia and officers from the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in the Kingdom of Cambodia. - Borneo Bulletin (21 November 2012)
