His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday afternoon consented to receive in separate audiences Mr Bruno Ferrari, Secretary of Economy of Mexico and Mr Mark Douglas Sawers, High Commissioner of Australia to Brunei Darussalam.

His Majesty first granted an audience to Mr Ferrari, who is in the country for a one-day working visit.

Present to accompany Mr Ferrari during the audience were Mr Francisco de Rosenweig, Vice Minister for Foreign Trade of Mexico; and Mr Antonio Villegas Villalobos, Ambassador of Mexico to Brunei Darussalam.

His Majesty later received in audience Mr Sawers, who will be ending his tour of duty to the country.
