His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Deputy Sultan yesterday consented to receive in audience two newly-appointed Brunei envoys.

His Royal Highness received in audience the Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Lao People's Democratic Republic, Dr Hj Emran bin Bahar, and the Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the State of Qatar, Awg Hj Nordin bin Hj Ahmad.

The two envoys received their respective letters of credentials from His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on March 29. The audience ceremony took place at the Qashr Al-Meezaan. - Borneo Bulletin (10 April 2012)
