His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday consented to appoint His Royal Highness Prince Dr Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office as the Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA).

Following the momentous occasion, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince in answering a question posed by Brunei's media during UNISSA's first convocation hoped to see "progress" for the university.
