Crown Prince begins visit to Abu Dhabi

   

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, yesterday afternoon arrived for a visit to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

On arrival at the Abu Dhabi International Airport, His Royal Highness was welcomed by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Head of the Office of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and other dignitaries of Abu Dhabi.

Accompanying His Royal Highness during the visit is Prince Abdul Qawi.

Also present at the airport was Dato Paduka Haji Adnan bin Haji Zainal, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the United Arab Emirates.

Abu Dhabi is one of the seven emirates (states) that make up the United Arab Emirates, and is the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. It is also the seat of government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah left Fujairah yesterday afternoon.

Before leaving the hotel, a prayer was recited by

Pehin Khatib Awang Haji Hamidon bin Begawan Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Hamid.

Present at the Fujairah International Airport to bid farewell to His Royal Highness was His Highness Sheikh Saleh bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Department of Industry and Economy of Fujairah and other senior officials of Fujairah.

During the visit His Royal Highness participated in the Men's World 8-Ball Pool Championships 2008 which was held in Fujairah.
