His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send congratulatory messages to His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco and Moroccan Prime Minister Driss Jettou on the occasion of Morocco's National Day and anniversary of the Moroccan king's accession to the throne.
In his message, His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations and deep understanding that have so long been established between the Sultanate and Morocco.
His Majesty hoped that this would be maintained and enhanced in the future for the mutual benefit of the two countries and peoples.
His Majesty hoped that His Majesty King Mohammed VI would always remain in good health, and for the people of Morocco to always enjoy continued progress and prosperity.
Meanwhile, His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, sent a similar congratulatory message to Morocco's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mohamed Benaissa.
HRH congratulated His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, the government and people of Morocco on the occasion of their National Day.
HRH wished the people of Morocco much happiness and prosperity, and looked forward to enhancing relations between the two countries.
