This was stated by His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office in a sabda during the third meeting of the National Committee on His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 61st Birthday Celebration, held at the Empire Hotel and Country Club in Jerudong, yesterday.
The Crown Prince, who is also the patron of the National Committee on His Majesty's 61st Birthday Celebration, said, "The festive mood celebrated by the entire community will also be shared by tourists coming to the country to join us in witnessing the unique culture of our country, particularly in terms of the closeness and devotion between a King and his subjects. The unity and cooperation shown is proof that our nation is capable of sustaining our Bruneian values in line with the concept of the Malay Islamic Monarchy."
