Her Royal Highness Princess Hjh Masna officially launched the unveiling of the newly improved Baiduri Prestige Card at the Empire Hotel & Country Club yesterday.
Aside from General Manager of Baiduri Bank Mr Pierre Imhof, the event was attended by senior management from Baiduri Bank, government ministers, permanent secretaries, ambassadors and distinguished Baiduri Prestige members.
Baiduri Prestige was established in 1999 and entails a banking and lifestyle programme that aims to provide the highest level of service and support for its clientele, said Mr Imhof in his welcoming address prior to the launch.
The new programme has been redesigned based on 5 Prestige Principles- Personal Touch, Progression in Wealth, Priority Recognition, Privileges and Platinum Status, he added.
This new programme will enable Baiduri Prestige Relationship Managers to provide a more personalised service and help Baiduri Prestige members to manage their wealth and capitalise on investment opportunities.
Through this, Baiduri Prestige members will receive valuable financial consultation and exclusive banking services from their very own Prestige Relationship Manager and benefit from the local insights with Brunei's well-established links within the local community.
Mr Imhof also said that the new programme has been redesigned with more rewards and international recognition than before, in order to provide Baiduri members with exclusive banking services, lifestyle benefits and privileges to successful individuals that deserve local and international recognition, rewards and ultimate convenience.
Her Royal Highness Princess Hjh Masna also viewed the exhibition at the hotel that was participated by Baiduri Prestige merchants on that day.
Baiduri Bank and MasterCard International have collaborated to jointly develop the new programme and launch the Baiduri Prestige MasterCard Platinum Card as part of the new Baiduri Prestige offerings.
The Baiduri Prestige MasterCard Platinum Card, which is the first MasterCard Platinum Debit Card issued in Brunei, allows its members to access their Baiduri Bank accounts anywhere around the world.
Exclusive privileges under the MasterCard Platinum International programmes include access to personal 24 hour concierge service, free travel insurance coverage of up to B$500,000, free access to airport lounges and more that can be benefited by Baiduri Prestige MasterCard Platinum Card members.
