High tea for Royal Birthday By Lyna Mohammad HRH Prince General Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and General Royal Brunei Armed Forces, yesterday consented to attend a high tea reception in conjunction with HRH's 33rd birthday celebration at the Officers' Mess in Bolkiah Garrison. Also present were HRH Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah and HRH Prince 'Abdul Malik. (21st February 2007)
