Royal congratulatory messages for kingdom of bahrain's national day

On the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to send congratulatory messages to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa-Khalifa, the King of Bahrain and His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain.

His Majesty expressed satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations that continue to develop between Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Bahrain as a result of shared strengths. His Majesty hoped that this would be maintained and enhanced in the future for the good of the two countries and their people.

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam also expressed hopes that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa would always enjoy good health and happiness and for the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain to always benefit from continued progress and prosperity.

At the same time, in a congratulatory message to His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, His Majesty congratulated His Highness and the government and people of Bahrain on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Majesty also expressed hopes for the continued good health and happiness of His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain.

Similar congratulatory messages on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain from His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Brunei Darussalam, were sent to Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohamed Al-Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain.

HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah's message conveyed respects to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa-Khalifa and the royal family, and the government and people of Bahrain on the occasion of Bahrain's National Day.

HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah's message also lauded the excellent relations both countries enjoy and expressed hopes of enhancing friendship and cooperation in the near future. - Borneo Bulletin (16th Dec 2007)
