Some 525 students from Temburong District took to the field of Community Complex in Bangar for their full-dress rehearsal yesterday, to gear up for His Majesty's 61st birthday celebrations and the get-together ceremony between the monarch and residents of the district on July 17.
Present to observe the rehearsal were: YAM Pg Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pg Anak Hj Abdul Aziz, YAM Pengiran Penggawa Laila Bentara Istiadat Diraja Dalam Istana Pengiran Haji Alauddin bin Pengiran Paduka Tuan Haji Abu Bakar, Minister of Home Affairs Pehin Orang Kaya Johan Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Adanan bin Begawan Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Mohd Yussof, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Pehin Orang Kaya Dewa Pahlawan Dato Paduka Awang Haji Dani bin Haji Ibrahim and Acting Temburong District Officer Awang Haji Mohd Abdoh bin Dato Seri Setia Haji Abdul Salam.
Also in attendance were members of the organising committee and government officials.
Temburong District will be presenting performances in three different concepts: tug-of-war, field and 3KC gallery.
