His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Malik has consented to attend the welcoming dinner for the Federation of British International Schools in South and East Asia ‘FOBISSEA’ under 15’s Games 2006. Upon arrival at the Jerudong Empire Hotel, His Royal Highness was greeted by the Principal, Chief Executive Office of the Jerudong International School, Mr. John Price and members of the organizing committee. Also present were the Minister of Health, Pehin Dato Paduka Haji Suyoi and the Deputy Minister of Industry and Primary Resources, Dato Paduka Haji Hamdillah.
At the gathering, His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Malik consented to present trophies to the team captain, which marks the official opening of the 2006 Games. His Royal Highness also received a pasambah from the Jerudong International School. The Federation of British International Schools in South and East Asia brings together more than three hundred students from fifteen English Medium International School, aged thirteen to fifteen to compete in sports ranging from swimming to athletics, basketball and football. Brunei Darussalam is being represented by the International School Brunei and Jerudong International School.
