A cultural show and "gerai ria" was officiated by Deputy Minister of Industry of Primary Resources Dato Awang Haji Hamdillah Haji Abdul Wahab last Monday at Bendahara Sakam Primary School in Kg Bunut.
The event, which runs until August 14, also includes 22 booths selling food items, fabrics and an assortment of accessories.
According to the village head of Kg Perpindahan Bunut, who is also the secretary of Mukim Kilanas Consultative Council, the event is held in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 60th birthday celebrations.
He added that there is a different performance every evening by primary and secondary school students in Mukim Kilanas as well as competitions for residents in Brunei-Muara District.
