Crown Prince arrives in Singapore for 5-day official visit

His Royal Highness Prince Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pg Anak Isteri Pg Anak Sarah arrived in Singapore to begin a five-day official visit.

Their Royal Highnesses arrived at the Changi International airport yesterday afternoon, RTB reported.

Accompanying them are Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Muta-Wakkilah Hayatul Bolkiah and Prince Abdul Qawi.

Their Royal Highnesses were greeted on arrival by Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs, Wong Kan Seng, and Senior Minister of State for Law and Home Affairs, Associate Professor Ho Peng Kee, as the Minister in Attendance.

Before Their Royal Highnesses left Brunei, a doa selamat was read by Pehin Dato Ustaz Haji Abdul Hamid bin Bakal.

Pengiran Cheterias, cabinet ministers, deputy ministers and other senior government officials bid farewell to the royalty at the Brunei International Airport. - Borneo Bulletin (8th May 2006)
