As part of the celebrations to mark His Majesty's 60th birthday, The Empire Hotel & Country Club is offering a promotion for a lavish fun-filled weekend on August 5 and 6.

Priced at B$299 plus 10% service charge per Superior Room per night for 2 adults and 2 children, the Majestic Weekend package is applicable for check-ins on August 5 and includes family tickets to the Family Beach Carnival featured on Aug 6 with a complimentary entry into the Family Treasure Hunt featured on that day. It will also include Movie Tickets for the family (two adults and two children), complimentary entry to Dine Around Sunday for two adults and two children, entertainment plus the chance to win fabulous prizes in the lucky draw including trips to Hong Kong, Bali, Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City on board Royal Brunei Airlines with a total of six-night stay in two top hotels in Paris - Hotel Plaza Athenee and Le Meurice Hotel and other fantastic prizes.
For the first time ever, The Empire Hotel & Country Club will present the Dine Around Sunday that will feature an amazing spread throughout the Main Atrium Building of the Hotel.
Patrons can begin with the sensational starters on Level 4 with a choice of 60 varieties of starters that measures up to 60-foot long, before moving down to Level 3 that features 60 types of main courses and finally, 60-feet and 60-inches of desserts will be available on Level 1. The highlight of the dessert buffet will be a gigantic Malay Kueh display in the shape of "60" holding approximately 9060 individual Malay Kueh pieces.
Dine Around Sunday is priced at B$45 nett per adult and B$20 nett per child and available from 11am to 5pm. Meanwhile, a fun-filled Family Beach Carnival will also be held from 11am to 5.30pm around the Lagoon Pool area with fantastic fun elements from the Family Treasure Hunt to the adventure area featuring abseiling, rock climbing and a flying fox.
