His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a congratulatory message to Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore, on his re-appointment.
In a press release from the Prime Minister's Office yesterday, His Majesty in the message expressed his appreciation for the personal friendship and understanding between His Majesty and Lee Hsien Loong and in particular the Singapore PM's personal efforts to enhance the much valued relations over the years.
His Majesty went on to wish Lee continued success and looked forward to continuing the bilateral cooperation as well as regional and international partnerships.
His Majesty sent his warmest wishes and kindest regards to Lee and family.
