His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a congratulatory message to Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
In the message, His Majesty extended his wishes for the success of Nguyen Tan Dung in his new post and looked forward to working together to enhance the excellent relations between the two countries, both bilaterally and as partners in Asean.
