654 awarded State medals by Hj Md Said Arshad His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to award State Honorary medals to 654 people in conjunction with His Majesty's 59th birthday. His Majesty was represented by HRH Prince Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office at the ceremony at the Istana Nurul Iman yesterday. The Crown Prince awarded the Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK) to 74, Pingat Indah Kerja Baik (PIKB) to 353 and Pingat Kerja Lama (PKL) to 227 people.
