As announced last week through the media, the Brunei International Tattoo 2006 (BIT 2006) Organising Committee will host a 4th day show on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 to accommodate the overwhelming public demand.

In this regard, tickets have been handed over to the Postmaster General and will be up for sale starting today, July 18 at the counters of 10 post offices throughout the country, namely the Mail Processing Centre (MPC) in Berakas, Main Post Office in Bandar Seri Begawan, Menglait Post Office, Gadong Seri Complex Post Office, Sengkurong Post Office, Muara Post Office, Seria Post Office, Kuala Belait Post Office, Tutong Post Office and the Bangar Post Office.

However, to ensure fair distribution of ticket sales, the Organising Committee announced that prior bookings will not be entertained at any counter during the ticket sales, adding that they will be sold on a first come, first served basis. The purchase of tickets will be limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per person.

With ten days to go before the highly anticipated event, the committee is intensifying its efforts to ensure the smooth running of the grand event. The committee extended its deepest gratitude for the continuous public support and cooperation in making BIT 2006 an international success. - Borneo Bulletin (18th July 2006)
