His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to award the Royal Brunei Air Force’s Honorary Pilot Wing to the Air Chief of Staff of Pakistan’s Air Force. The presentation took place Friday at the Royal Brunei Air Force Headquarters.
Air Chief Marshall Kaleem Saadat Hakim received a general salute and inspected a guard of honour, prior to receiving the insignia that was presented by the Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Major General Pehin Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi. The honour was given in recognition of the outstanding service, valuable efforts and contributions made by the Air Chief Marshal in strengthening the ties between the air forces of the two countries.
