Sultan grants audience to Iranian envoy His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday afternoon consented to receive in audience the outgoing Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr Abbas Talebifar. The ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman. The Iranian Ambassador presented his letter of credentials to His Majesty on February 3 last year. Present at the audience ceremony was the Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office, Pg Dato Paduka Hj Abu Bakar. (17th Dec 2006)
