His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send congratulatory messages to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa - the King of Bahrain - and His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of Bahrain, on the occasion of the National Day of Bahrain.
In the message, His Majesty expressed satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations, and deep understanding between Brunei Darussalam and Bahrain. His Majesty prays that this would be maintained and enhanced in the future, for the good of the two countries and its people.
The monarch also prays that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa would always remain in good health and happiness and for the people of Bahrain to always enjoy continued progress and prosperity.
At the same time, His Majesty congratulated His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, the government and its people on the occasion of the National Day of Bahrain.
His Majesty expressed satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations between the two countries.
The monarch also expressed his wish that this would be maintained and enhanced in the future for the mutual benefit of the two countries and its people.
His Majesty also prays for the continued good health and happiness of His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Bahrain.
Meanwhile, His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah also sent his respects to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, together with congratulations and best wishes to the government and people of Bahrain on the occasion of the National Day.
HRH also expressed his appreciation over the excellent relations that Brunei and Bahrain share, and looks forward to continuing to strengthen the much valued friendship and cooperation.
