To commemorate His Majesty's 60th Birthday celebrations, Brunei Currency and Monetary Board at the Ministry of Finance will issue commemorative gold, silver and cupronickel coins for sale to the public.
Speaking yesterday to the Bulletin, the General Manager of Mint Gallery and Marketing, Pg Hj Hashim bin Pg Hj Jadid, said the commemorative coins will be available to members of the public starting from Monday, July 17.
"The commemorative coins will be available for sale to the public at the Brunei Currency and Monetary Board, Ministry of Finance, in Jalan Kebangsaan," said Pg Hj Hashim, adding that the board follows normal working hours.
The General Manager of Mint Gallery and Marketing showed the valuable and precious coins to the media yesterday afternoon at the Ministry of Finance.
