The newly-appointed Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Republic of Phillippines, Her Excellency Emaleen binti Abdul Rahman Teo received the letter of appointment from His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Dipertuan of Brunei Darussalam on the 3rd of this month.
