To prepare for the 59th birthday anniversary celebrations of His Majesty on July 15, the national celebration committee met at the Lapau Royal Banquet Hall yesterday morning.
The patron and advisory committee for the celebration committee was named during the meeting.
The meeting proposed the dates of His Majesty's royal visits to the four districts.
The holding of the mass maghrib prayers, tahlil and thanksgiving prayers was discussed.
It was learnt that the marching ceremony will take place on July 15.
Construction and installation of celebration infrastructures and facilities such as arches, festive lights and national flags were discussed.
The meeting was proposed for the organising of knowledge events. A special committee was formed for banners and associated things, including the vertical banners.
