Tutong tug-of-war finals By James Kon Birau Primary School (SR Birau) emerged champions in Category 'D' in the final of the Tutong District Tug-of-war competition. The event was held at the Tutong Camp Sports Complex and was held in conjunction with His Majesty's 59th birthday celebrations.
